store to its present status as a popular
custom cake bakery.

Carolyn has taken classes from world class
teachers to hone her skills in many phases of cake decorating.
She is certified as a master cake decorator from the former Country Kitchen School of Cake Decorating under Mildred Brand in Ft Wayne, Indiana. Subsequent classes have included famous decorator Instructors such as Nicolas Lodge, Roland Winbeckler, and Frances Kuyper.

She and daughter Jeni are members of the International Cake Exploration Society. ICES have also provided them with many seminars and classes to further their skills.
